When you place an order you will get a confirmation email first, and then you will get a dispatch email when the item has been dispatched and on it's way to you. There is a "tracking reference" link on the dispatch email which you can use to track your order on the courier's tracking site. 

If you haven't received an email to confirm your order, you can either check the status of your order in your account under your "Latest Orders". If you are concerned at all, just contact us and we can look into this for you.

To use a promotional code, select "Do you have a promotional code?" on the "Checkout" page and insert the character sequence in the appropriate field. If your code is inserted correctly, the amount and/or content of the Shopping Cart will be recalculated based on the promotion applied.

Each promotional code has specific rules regarding its use, such as the validity period, the minimum amount of the order, or the type of products purchased and the fact that it cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

If the system does not recognize the code you inserted, ensure that the order fulfills the validity of the promotion. If the code is declined again, ensure you entered the characters correctly: often the number "zero" can be mistaken for the letter "o" or the number " one" for the letter "I." You can also contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue as best as we can.

If a product you received is defective, please report the problem to our Customer Service Department. Fill out all the fields indicating the type of defect, and attach a photograph illustrating the problem.

Our Customer Service Department will contact you to arrange the terms for an exchange or refund.
